4. Ticket tips
For concerts, tickets usually sell through platforms such as Interpark, Melon Ticket, Yes24 or Weverse. Many shows offer fan club pre sales before general sales, and some require paid membership.
For MMA and SBS Gayo, official travel packages are often the simplest path for international visitors. Packages may include arena seats, shuttle buses from central Seoul and basic guidance in English.
If you buy directly, prepare a ticketing account in advance, check whether your card is accepted and avoid unofficial resale unless there is a clear, secure system.
5. Travel planning
Choose one anchor date first: MMA, SBS Gayo or a specific group concert. Build a 4 to 7 day trip around that date and then add one more live event if tickets work out.
Winter nights are cold, so staying near strong subway lines is more important than staying next to a single arena. Allow extra time for security checks, merch lines and post show traffic.
Plan concerts as the core of your trip, then add lights, markets and simple city walks6. Dr. Beau's Note
At year end you do not need every show. One concert that truly matters to you is enough to define the whole trip. Let the rest of the city be background music.
