TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of beautipin.com and related services (collectively, the "Services"). The Services are operated by BeautyGlow Lab LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. BeautyGlow Lab LLC provides the global technical platform, payment processing infrastructure, and digital support for the Services. Certain localized services, domestic operations, fulfillment, and product retail sales made available through the Platform are provided independently by separately registered corporate entities or business operators as described in Section 2 (each an "Operator"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. Description of Services and Operators

BeautiPin operates an online marketplace platform (the "Platform") through which the following services and products are made available:

(a) Clinic Booking Services: Booking and referral services for independent, third-party dermatology and skincare clinics in Korea ("Partner Clinics") are provided and independently managed by Stardoc, a business separately registered in the Republic of Korea as a foreign-patient referral agency under the Medical Service Act ("Stardoc"). BeautyGlow Lab LLC provides the technical platform to facilitate these bookings but does not itself hold this medical referral registration.

(b) Cosmetic Product Sales: Cosmetic products (the "Products") offered through the Platform, including the ELREJU brand, are sold directly by BeneGlow Lab Co., Ltd. (a business separately registered in Korea for online retail sales) and/or other independent third-party brand vendors (each a "Seller") who have entered into a marketplace agreement with BeautyGlow Lab LLC. With respect to the sale of products, BeautyGlow Lab LLC acts strictly as an online marketplace intermediary (통신판매중개업자). BeautyGlow Lab LLC provides the technical environment to facilitate transactions but is not a party to the contract of sale between the customer and the individual Seller. Each Seller is solely responsible for its own product descriptions, pricing, inventory, shipping, and compliance with applicable consumer protection laws (including exchange and refund processing).

(c) Content and Community: Magazine content and the community forum are provided directly by BeautyGlow Lab LLC as the Platform operator.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Services or create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@beautipin.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4. Clinic Booking Services

4.1 Role of the Parties. Stardoc provides clinic booking and referral services. BeautyGlow Lab LLC operates the Platform through which these services are made available but is not a party to the referral or booking arrangement. Partner Clinics are independent third parties, not employees, agents, or partners of Stardoc or BeautyGlow Lab LLC.

4.2 No Medical Advice. Content on the Services, including magazine articles, community posts, and any "Ask the Expert" features, is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical condition or treatment decision.

4.3 No Guarantee of Outcomes. Neither Stardoc nor BeautyGlow Lab LLC guarantees the quality, safety, availability, or results of any treatment performed by a Partner Clinic, and neither is liable for any act, omission, negligence, or malpractice of a Partner Clinic.

4.4 Booking Fees. A service or booking fee (currently displayed at checkout, e.g., $3.99) may apply per reservation, collected via the Platform on behalf of Stardoc. This fee is separate from any fee, deposit, or payment owed directly to the Partner Clinic.

4.5 Cancellations and Refunds. Cancellations, rescheduling, deposits, and refunds relating to clinic appointments are governed by our Refund Policy, available at beautipin.com/policies/refund-policy.

5. Product Purchases

5.1 Orders. Cosmetic products offered through the Services are sold by the designated Seller (BeneGlow Lab Co., Ltd. or individual third-party brand vendors). When you place an order for a Product, you are making an offer to purchase, which the respective Seller may accept or decline (for example, due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud).

5.2 Pricing and Currency. Prices are displayed at checkout and may be shown in different currencies depending on your location and available payment method. We are not responsible for currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

5.3 Payment. Payments are processed via the Platform using Shopify Payments and/or third-party payment processors. BeautyGlow Lab LLC acts as a billing and payment collection agent on behalf of the Sellers. This infrastructure may include payment providers based outside your country of residence. By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge of your selected payment method for the total order amount.

5.4 International Orders and Cross-Border Data. If you pay using a payment method or provider located outside of Korea, your payment and related personal information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the country where that payment provider operates. By choosing such a payment method, you consent to this transfer, which is necessary to complete your transaction. See our Privacy Policy for more details on international data transfers.

5.5 Shipping, Returns, and Refunds for Products. Shipping timelines, returns, and refund eligibility for Product purchases are as stated on the product page or our Refund Policy at the time of purchase.

5.6 Right of Withdrawal (Korean Consumers). If you are a consumer located in the Republic of Korea, you may withdraw your order for a Product and request a refund within seven (7) days from the date you receive the Product, without penalty, in accordance with Article 17 of the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, Etc. To exercise this right, please contact us at support@beautipin.com before returning the Product. Once the relevant Seller confirms receipt of the returned Product in its original condition, the refund will be processed within three (3) business days, in accordance with Article 18 of the same Act. This right of withdrawal may not apply where the Product has been used, opened, or unsealed (including for hygiene reasons in the case of cosmetics and skincare Products), its value has decreased, or in other cases excluded under applicable law.

5.7 Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes. Depending on your destination country and changes in applicable customs regulations (for example, regulations affecting shipments to the United States), your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or fees collected at checkout or upon delivery by the carrier or customs authority. You are responsible for any such duties, taxes, or fees. We recommend checking the customs rules applicable to your destination country before placing an order.

6. Community and User Content

6.1 By posting reviews, comments, images, or other content ("User Content") to the community forum or elsewhere on the Services, you grant BeautyGlow Lab LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that User Content in connection with operating and promoting the Services.

6.2 You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that it does not infringe any third party's rights or violate any law.

6.3 We may, but are not obligated to, monitor, edit, or remove User Content that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: (a) use the Services for any unlawful purpose; (b) impersonate any person or entity; (c) upload harmful code or interfere with the operation of the Services; (d) scrape, harvest, or misuse data from the Services; (e) post false, defamatory, or misleading reviews or content; or (f) attempt to circumvent booking fees or payment processes.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 The BeautiPin Seoul name, trademarks, Platform design, and content, other than User Content, Operator trademarks, and Product branding, are owned by or licensed to BeautyGlow Lab LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.

8.2 Trademarks, branding, and packaging associated with Products sold on the Platform are owned by their respective Sellers (including BeneGlow Lab Co., Ltd. and individual brand vendors).

8.3 You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without prior written permission from the relevant owner.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES, PRODUCTS, AND ANY SERVICES PROVIDED BY OPERATORS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EACH OF BEAUTYGLOW LAB LLC, STARDOC, AND THE RESPECTIVE SELLERS SHALL BE LIABLE ONLY FOR ITS OWN RESPECTIVE ROLE—BEING PLATFORM TECHNICAL OPERATION, CLINIC BOOKING SERVICES, OR DIRECT PRODUCT SALES, RESPECTIVELY—AND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, PARTNER CLINIC TREATMENTS, OR PRODUCTS. TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE RELEVANT BOOKING OR PRODUCT IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable mandatory consumer protection law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BeautyGlow Lab LLC, Stardoc, and the respective Sellers, as applicable, from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, Partner Clinics, Operators, or BeautiPin.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For general changes, we will post the revised Terms on the Services and update the "Last updated" date at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. If a change is materially adverse to your rights as a consumer, we will provide at least thirty (30) days' advance notice by posting a notice on the Services and, where reasonably practicable, by email to registered users, before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us at the details below. If informal resolution is not possible, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court (서울중앙지방법원), Republic of Korea, unless mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence require otherwise.
