Refunds for deposits and appointment changes must be requested at least 3 days in advance through the BeautiPin website. However, changes may not always be possible due to the clinic’s schedule.
If your appointment time needs to be adjusted due to the clinic’s circumstances, we will notify you in advance via the email you provided.
2. Late Arrivals & No-Shows
If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be automatically canceled.
If you fail to show up without prior notice, future bookings may be restricted.
