1. What & Where: Lotte Tower at a Glance
Lotte World Tower stands in Jamsil, Songpa gu, on the east side of central Seoul. At 555 meters with 123 floors, it is Korea's tallest building. The tower anchors a full complex that includes Lotte World Mall, Seoul Sky observatory, Signiel Seoul hotel, a major cinema, and Lotte World Aquarium.

2. Seoul Sky: Decks, Glass Floor and Views
Seoul Sky occupies the very top of the tower, with multiple observation levels for 360 degree views. Look for the glass floor Sky Deck for a dramatic look straight down and step out to the Sky Terrace on fair weather days. Evenings offer neon cityscapes while mornings bring clear long range views after rain.

3. Sky Bridge Tour: Outdoor Thrill
The Sky Bridge Tour is an outdoor guided walk on a secured bridge near the top of the tower. The bridge sits roughly 541 meters above ground and gives a clear line of sight over the Han River and the basin of Seoul. Spaces are limited and weather dependent, and there are age, height, and weight rules with safety gear provided.

4. Eat, Shop, Play: Mall, Aquarium, Cinema
Lotte World Mall. A premium mall connected to the tower with international brands, duty free, and a large food hall. Plan a break here before or after your observatory slot.
Lotte World Aquarium. Located in the mall on B1F and B2F with large themed zones. Families often combine the aquarium with an afternoon tower visit. Note that animal welfare has been in the news; consider checking recent updates if this is important for your plans.
CGV or cinema complex. Multiplex screens make it easy to end with a movie night after sunset views.
Signiel Seoul hotel. The hotel occupies high floors with city wide views, restaurants, and a bar for special occasions.

5. Getting There, Tickets & Best Time
Subway. Go to Jamsil Station on Lines 2 or 8 and follow signs to Lotte World Tower & Mall through the underground passage. It is a short indoor walk from the gates to the mall entrance.
Tickets. Buy Seoul Sky timed tickets online for your preferred slot. On site ticketing closes before the daily closing time and peak sunset times sell out. The Sky Bridge Tour must be reserved and is weather dependent.
Best time. Clear days after rain give the longest visibility. For photos, arrive 60 to 90 minutes before sunset and stay through blue hour. On windy days, the outdoor terrace and Sky Bridge rules may change.
With kids. Plan restroom and snack breaks in the mall. Strollers are fine in the mall; check observatory policies for stroller storage before heading up.

6. Dr. Beau's Note
High floor air can feel dry and breezy. Pack a lip balm and a small hydrating mist. If you plan the Sky Bridge, use a light, non greasy sunscreen so your helmet straps sit cleanly and reapply after dinner by the lake.
