How we work

How we write

We cite peer-reviewed research, public health sources and major news outlets. We do not quote effectiveness or satisfaction figures from clinic or manufacturer marketing.

Articles are published under pen names: Dr. Beau on skincare, Sol on travel, Sori on culture and Haru on lifestyle.
