Refund policy

1. Clinic Consultations and Treatments

  • Contacting a partner clinic through BeautiPin Seoul is free. BeautiPin Seoul does not charge booking fees or collect deposits for clinic visits.
  • Appointments are arranged directly with the clinic, and treatment is paid at the clinic. Changes, cancellations and refunds for treatments follow each clinic's own policy, so please confirm them with the clinic when you arrange your visit.

2. Product Purchases

  • Returns and refunds for products such as ELREJU are handled as described on the product page and in Section 5 of our Terms of Service, including the 7-day right of withdrawal for consumers in Korea.
  • To request a return or refund, contact support@beautipin.com.

3. Clinic Bookings Made Before October 13, 2026

For clinic bookings paid through BeautiPin Seoul before October 13, 2026, the following rules continue to apply:

  • Refunds for deposits and appointment changes must be requested at least 3 days in advance through the BeautiPin Seoul website. However, changes may not always be possible due to the clinic's schedule.
  • If your appointment time needs to be adjusted due to the clinic's circumstances, we will notify you in advance via the email you provided.
  • If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be automatically canceled.
  • If you fail to show up without prior notice, future bookings may be restricted.
