PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY

·Payments made through BeautiPin serve as a reservation deposit to prevent no-shows.

·On the day of your visit, please pay the remaining balance (excluding the deposit) directly at the clinic.

·If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be automatically canceled, and the deposit will not be refunded.

·Cancellations and refunds are allowed up to 3 days before the appointment date. For refunds, please contact us via BeautiPin Instagram.
