10,000 Fans Before Debut: Meet ADAP's Six Members and BUFFERING
ADAP is a six-member K-pop boy group made up of Hyotae, Junseok, Jaeyoung, Dowon, Jongho and Hyunsung, launched by FC ENM with Newways Company. The name stands for All Dreams Are Possible. They made their official debut on November 5, 2026, with the four-track mini album ALL DREAMS ARE POSSIBLE, led by "BUFFERING," after drawing a cumulative 10,000 fans to pre-debut shows in Japan.

Who Is ADAP? The Name, the Label and the Debut
ADAP is a six-member K-pop boy group whose name is a whole sentence: All Dreams Are Possible. It comes from FC ENM, working with Newways Company. The idea behind the name is that a dream isn't reserved for special people. It belongs to anyone who keeps believing in it and keeps running toward it with others.
The official debut came on November 5, 2026. That afternoon the group held a media showcase at Gabin Art Hall in Samseong-dong, Seoul, and performed "BUFFERING" and "DRUM" ahead of the album's 6 p.m. KST release.
Two members already had audiences. Hyotae competed on SBS's Universe League, the survival show that produced AHOF, and Jaeyoung appeared on KBS's MAKE MATE 1. Hyotae said at the showcase that AHOF's members had been in touch to congratulate him. The group also built a following through dance challenges: according to the agency, its take on ENHYPEN's "Bloody Paradise" reached 1.64 million views and its take on BTS's "Hooligan" reached 900,000. The members say BTS, ENHYPEN and IU have liked or commented on their challenge videos.

Who Are the Six ADAP Members?
ADAP has six members: Hyotae, Junseok, Jaeyoung, Dowon, Jongho and Hyunsung. These notes come from the debut showcase and from an official interview the group gave in June, where each member introduced the person next to him.
Hyotae
The Universe League alumnus, described as the group's eldest member in coverage of the debut showcase. Hyunsung describes him as multi-talented, with a long list of voice impressions and a sweet singing tone. His debut goal is the most playful of the six: he wants to ask "Do you know ADAP?" overseas and have a crowd say yes.

Junseok
Coverage of the debut showcase names him as the group's leader. Dowon calls him hardworking, and says he prefers looking cool but does the cute requests well, if a little shyly, and keeps the team's mood up. Junseok names friendliness as ADAP's strength, and his goal is a world tour that makes ADAP a team that stands for K-pop.

Jaeyoung
The MAKE MATE 1 alumnus and, according to Junseok, the group's choreography director, with what Junseok calls the charisma of a tiger. He thanked the friends he dreamed alongside on that show at the showcase, and he wants ADAP to go beyond getting attention and start a trend.

Dowon
Hardworking, active and curious, in Jongho's words. Dowon picked up Japanese on his own by watching anime and movies for about five years. BOYNEXTDOOR is his role model because of how freely they enjoy the stage, and his goal is a sold-out solo concert.

Jongho
Hyotae says Jongho is so endearing you'd want to carry him around in a pocket, and that his steady daily routine is something the older members can learn from. Jongho hopes to win a rookie award and would love to film a challenge with TWS.

Hyunsung
Jaeyoung calls him a real baby of the family, whatever his looks suggest, and praises the voice he wins fans over with. BTS is his role model: he says their music made him want to comfort people through his own. His goal is number one on a music chart.

Official birth years and member colors don't appear in any agency profile or press release we could find, so this guide leaves them out rather than guessing.

How Did a Mission in Japan Lead to a Korean Debut?
ADAP played to live audiences for months before releasing anything in Korea. From January 2026 they ran what they called a Debut Mission Project in Japan, starting with free showcases in Osaka and Tokyo. Cumulative attendance unlocked new events along the way, and reaching 10,000 opened the door to the Korean debut.
| When | What happened |
|---|---|
| January | Free showcases in Osaka and Tokyo |
| About two months in | Cumulative attendance passes 5,000 |
| May | First fan meetings, in Tokyo and Osaka |
| June | Attendance passes 7,500; first fan-con, June 27, Tokyo |
| July | Attendance passes the 10,000 target; second fan-con, July 25, Tokyo |
| November 5 | Official debut in Korea |
Hyotae says this is the group's edge: months of performing before a debut built up its vocals, dance and stage presence. Directors kept telling the members to show off more, he adds, and they took it to heart. The stories from the road are smaller and funnier. Hyunsung remembers the whole group eating takoyaki from a truck outside the venue after one early show.

ALL DREAMS ARE POSSIBLE: The Four Tracks and Where to Listen
ALL DREAMS ARE POSSIBLE is ADAP's first mini album, released on November 5 at 6 p.m. KST, which is 9 a.m. in London and 4 a.m. in New York. It has four tracks:
- "BUFFERING" (title track): electric pop with a groovy bass, comparing the way your mind freezes in front of someone you like to a video buffering
- "DRUM": a pop dance track that turns a racing heart into drum rhythms
- "PARADISE": pop R&B with textured guitar and a dreamy sound
- "Sing for you": a warm, emotional vocal song for the people who ran toward the dream together
The members say "BUFFERING" was made with a producer known for work on SEVENTEEN's songs. The campus setting runs through the promotion, from the classrooms in the official teaser to the school-uniform concept photos.
The album was released on music streaming platforms on November 5 at 6 p.m. KST. The ADAP YouTube channel has the official BUFFERING music video, along with the concept film, individual teasers and official teaser. To talk to the group, there's the ADAP Weverse community, which opened on October 12, plus X and a separate X account for Japan.
ADAP arrives in a crowded month, and our K-pop comebacks guide lists what else is out. Two other November names have their own introductions: the LNGSHOT members guide and the H1-KEY members guide.

Sori's Note
Most rookie groups ask for your attention first and earn it later. ADAP reversed the order, and the attendance count made the bargain public: every ticket was a small vote for whether they got to debut at all.
That is why "BUFFERING" is a sly choice of title. A group that spent seven months proving itself picks a debut song about freezing up. The loading wheel is over now. What matters next is whether the sound carries as well through headphones as it did in those rooms.
