Jisoo's First Solo Album Guide: ADDICTED Release Time, CLICK and What's Confirmed
Jisoo's second pre-release single, "ADDICTED," comes out on Friday, October 30, 2026 at 8 a.m. KST: 8 a.m. in Japan, 7 a.m. in China and Taiwan, and 7 p.m. Eastern / 4 p.m. Pacific on Thursday, October 29 in the US. It follows "CLICK," released on September 4, and both songs come from her first full-length solo album, whose title and release date her agency BLISSOO has not announced yet.
When ADDICTED Comes Out, in Your Time Zone
"ADDICTED" is a digital single and the second song Jisoo is releasing ahead of her first full-length solo album. Her agency, BLISSOO, set it for 8 a.m. Korea time on Friday, October 30, on Korean and international streaming services at the same moment. That is an early slot for a K-pop release, and it means the song lands on Friday morning across East Asia but on Thursday evening in the Americas.
- Korea (KST): Friday, October 30, 8:00 a.m.
- Japan (JST): Friday, October 30, 8:00 a.m.
- China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Philippines: Friday, October 30, 7:00 a.m.
- Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam: Friday, October 30, 6:00 a.m.
- US Eastern (EDT): Thursday, October 29, 7:00 p.m.
- US Pacific (PDT): Thursday, October 29, 4:00 p.m.
- UK (GMT): Thursday, October 29, 11:00 p.m.
US clocks don't fall back until November 1, so the American times above are still in daylight time. Pre-save links went live when the single was announced on October 24, and the teaser image posted on October 27 carries the same stamp, "2026.10.30 8AM KST."
After the release, Jisoo is set to perform the song on Korean music shows, her first music-show stages in a while. Which programs and on which days had not been announced at the time of this update.
What the ADDICTED Teasers Show
The rollout began on October 24, when BLISSOO's official social accounts posted a logo film, teaser images and a teaser video, one after another, over three days. The logo film sets the palette: a dark violet sky, a bolt of lightning in the shape of a heart, and the song title in three-dimensional purple lettering.
One teaser image shows Jisoo half hidden behind a softly sparkling curtain, with full bangs and black nails. Another, posted to her Instagram on October 27 with a caption saying the song arrives this Friday, shows her crouched in front of a glittering backdrop in a star-studded mini dress and platform heels. The teaser video was the first chance to hear part of the song, along with a glimpse of the performance.
On October 28 an official music video teaser followed on Jisoo's YouTube channel. In 23 seconds it moves through towering storm clouds, a shallow pool of water reflecting the sky, forks of lightning and a final close-up of Jisoo in a pearl-and-crystal high collar before the ADDICTED logo appears. The storm imagery runs straight through from the logo film.
What the song is about has not been spelled out in any official statement. BLISSOO has said only that "ADDICTED" brings a new concept after "CLICK" and that it is a key track carrying the mood of the full album. The title is an everyday English word, so its dictionary meaning is easy to find; what it means inside the song will become clear only once the track and its official lyrics are out.
CLICK, the First Pre-Release Single
"CLICK" came out on September 4 at 1 p.m. KST as the first pre-release single from the album, together with its music video. It was announced in late August with a teaser poster, a countdown page and a teaser video on Jisoo's official app and BLISSOO's social channels, and it is a solo track with no featured artist.
The song is about two people who know they shouldn't be drawn to each other and click anyway: the instinctive pull that its one-word title names. It is a dance-pop track built on synths and bass, with a lean arrangement that keeps Jisoo's mid-range voice and the rhythm up front.
The video was directed by Joseph Kahn, the Korean American director behind videos for Taylor Swift, Eminem and Lady Gaga. It turns a deserted amusement park into a slightly eerie fairy tale: a marquee spelling out JISOO in light bulbs, a striped ticket booth, a carousel, oversized stuffed animals and costumed figures, and a final scene high above an overgrown city at sunset. By late October it had passed 50 million views on her official YouTube channel.
The Full Album: Confirmed and Not Yet Announced
Last updated: October 28, 2026. This section is revised each time BLISSOO or Jisoo's official channels announce something new.
Confirmed so far:
- The album is Jisoo's first full-length solo album, after her 2023 single album and her 2025 mini album.
- "CLICK" (September 4) and "ADDICTED" (October 30) are pre-release singles from it.
- The plan is to release several singles with different moods before the album, so the record comes together piece by piece.
- Jisoo will promote "ADDICTED" on Korean music shows after its release.
Not announced yet:
- The album title
- The release date
- The tracklist and the album's title track
- How many more pre-release singles will come first
- Any showcase, concert or tour tied to the album
Until BLISSOO or Jisoo's own channels post a date, any album date you see elsewhere is a guess. When the album arrives, Jisoo will be the last of BLACKPINK's four members to release a full-length solo album, after Rosé, Jennie and Lisa each released one between late 2024 and early 2025. Award-season stages are unconfirmed too: BLACKPINK is among this year's nominees at the MAMA AWARDS in Osaka, but no performance by Jisoo has been announced there.
CLICK Album Versions, Benefits and the CLICK BEAR
"ADDICTED" is a digital single. As of October 28, no CD, vinyl or other physical edition of it had been announced, and pre-orders for the full album had not opened. The physical release on sale now is the CLICK single album, released under BLISSOO and distributed by YG PLUS. Pre-orders opened on August 25, and it came out on September 4 in three versions, each carrying the same two tracks: "CLICK" and its instrumental.
- PHOTOBOOK VER.: a photobook and a CD, with one random photocard and one random polaroid, each one of two designs.
- CLICK BABY BEAR NFC VER.: no CD. The music is reached through the CLICK BEAR, a fluffy brown keyring bear with goggle eyes and a heart patch that works as an NFC album. It comes in a book-shaped outbox with six photo prints, one random polaroid (one of two) and one random photocard (one of four).
- VINYL VER.: the record with five large photocards, a folded poster, a sticker, and one random photocard and one random polaroid, each one of two designs. It is still on pre-order, with shipping scheduled from November 30.
The difference between the versions comes down to format and extras: the photobook version is the one with a CD, the NFC version is the one with the bear, and the vinyl is the one with the record and the large photocards. Early-bird copies of the NFC version included a chance at a secret photocard among its random cards. Store gifts varied by shop: during the pre-order window, YG SELECT added an exclusive selfie photocard to NFC and photobook orders, but not to the vinyl. Gifts like these are limited and change by store and period, so read the event notice on the product page before you order.
On the official stores Weverse Shop and YG SELECT, the album was listed at roughly US$14 for the photobook version, US$30 to US$33 for the NFC version and US$35 to US$39 for the vinyl as of October 28, before shipping. According to Weverse Shop, album sales there count toward Korea's Hanteo and Circle charts. On both stores the CLICK BEAR comes only as part of the NFC version. A separate CLICK merchandise line has not been announced, and neither have the versions or benefits for the full album.
Before the Album: ME, AMORTAGE and EYES CLOSED
Jisoo's solo story began with ME, a two-track single album released on March 31, 2023, while BLACKPINK was still with YG Entertainment. Its title track was "FLOWER," and the other song was "All Eyes On Me."
At the end of 2023 the members renewed with YG only for BLACKPINK's group activities, and in February 2024 Jisoo set up her own agency, BLISSOO, for her solo work. Her first release under it was AMORTAGE, a four-track mini album out on February 14, 2025. The name blends amor and montage, a montage of love, and the songs are "earthquake" (styled in lowercase), "Your Love," "Tears" and "Hugs & Kisses."
Then, on October 10, 2025, came "EYES CLOSED," a duet with ZAYN. It entered the Billboard Hot 100 at No. 72, her first solo entry on that chart, and with it every BLACKPINK member had charted there as a soloist. Her bandmates have kept their own solo runs going this year as well: Lisa's EP Press Play came out on October 23.
Where to Listen, Watch and Find the Lyrics
"ADDICTED" goes up on Korean and international services at the same moment. In Korea that means services such as Melon, Genie and Bugs; elsewhere, Spotify, Apple Music and YouTube Music, which also serve listeners in Japan and Taiwan.
For video, Jisoo's official YouTube channel, JISOO, carries the "CLICK" music video, the "ADDICTED" teaser, the "earthquake" video and behind-the-scenes films. The "FLOWER" music video sits on BLACKPINK's official channel, because it came out before the move to BLISSOO. New announcements appear first on BLISSOO's official social accounts and Jisoo's own Instagram.
Lyrics are not reprinted or translated here. Official lyrics appear in the lyrics view of streaming apps such as Spotify and Apple Music, and on the song pages of Korean services such as Melon, once a track is released. Translations passed around on social media are fan-made, not official.
For music shows, each program posts its lineup a few days before broadcast on its official channels, so that is where her "ADDICTED" stages will be confirmed.
Sori's Note
An album that arrives in pieces asks you to listen differently. With "CLICK" and now "ADDICTED," each song gets its own world before anyone knows the whole: first a faded amusement park at dusk, then a storm over still water. Once the full record lands, the running order and the songs around them will change how both sound.
So give each single a week on its own while it still stands alone. The album will come, and you'll meet it already knowing two of its rooms.
